Getting Started
How do I create a school account?
Click "Register" and select "School" as your account type. Fill out your school information including name, location, and type (public, private, or charter). You can upload your school logo and add additional details in your profile settings.
What can I see with a free account?
With a free account, you can browse teacher profiles with limited preview information including name, subject, location, and basic experience. You can see teaser information but won't have access to full profiles, contact details, or messaging features.
Pricing & Billing
What are the pricing options?
We offer two pricing options: Monthly Subscription ($29/month) for unlimited access to all teacher profiles and messaging, or One-time Access ($49) to contact a specific teacher for 30 days.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your school dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't contacted any teachers. For specific refund requests, please contact our support team.

How do I search for specific teachers?
Use our advanced filters to search by subject, location, experience level, grade levels, salary expectations, availability dates, and preferred school size. The filters help you find teachers that match your specific needs.
What information can I see about teachers?
With a paid plan, you can view complete teacher profiles including education background, certifications, experience details, salary expectations, grade level preferences, contact information (phone, email, LinkedIn), and any uploaded portfolios or references.
Can I see if a teacher is actively looking for work?
Yes, teachers can set their profile visibility. Only teachers who have made their profiles public are actively seeking opportunities and will appear in your search results.

With a paid plan, you can start conversations directly through our messaging system or use the contact information provided (phone, email, LinkedIn). We also provide message templates for professional outreach.
Can I send files to teachers?
Yes, our messaging system supports file attachments up to 16MB. You can send job descriptions, school information, contracts, or other relevant documents directly through the platform.
Are there message templates available?
Yes, we provide professional message templates for initial inquiries, interview requests, follow-ups, and reference requests. These templates help you communicate professionally and efficiently.

Can I control who sees my profile?
Yes, you can toggle your profile visibility on/off anytime from your dashboard. When your profile is private, schools cannot find you in search results. When public, you're actively seeking opportunities.
What information should I include in my profile?
Include your teaching experience, education background, certifications, grade level preferences, subject specializations, salary expectations, availability dates, and preferred school size. The more complete your profile, the better matches you'll receive.
Can I update my profile information?
Yes, you can edit your profile anytime from your teacher dashboard. Update your experience, preferences, availability, or contact information as your situation changes.

How do schools find me?
Schools use our search filters to find teachers matching their needs. They can filter by subject, location, experience, grade levels, salary range, availability, and school size preferences. Make sure your profile is complete and public.
What are salary expectations and how do they work?
You can set minimum and maximum salary expectations in your profile. This helps schools find teachers within their budget range and ensures you're contacted for positions that meet your financial requirements.
Should I include my contact information?
Yes, adding phone number, professional email, and LinkedIn profile helps schools contact you directly. This information is only visible to schools with paid access, ensuring serious inquiries.

How do I respond to school inquiries?
You'll receive messages from interested schools through our messaging system. Respond promptly and professionally. You can also attach your resume, portfolio, or references directly in your responses.
Can I share documents with schools?
Yes, you can attach files up to 16MB in your messages, including resumes, teaching portfolios, lesson plans, certifications, and references. This helps schools get a complete picture of your qualifications.
What should I do if I'm no longer looking for work?
Simply toggle your profile visibility to "Private" in your dashboard. This removes you from search results while preserving your profile information for future use.
